What we Believe

Core Beliefs

At King of Prussia Vineyard, our beliefs are grounded in the historic Christian faith and centered on Jesus Christ. We affirm the Apostles’ Creed, the Nicene Creed, and the Chalcedonian Definition as faithful expressions of biblical truth and Christian orthodoxy. We hold to the following core beliefs:

The Bible

We believe that the Bible, in its entirety, is God’s inspired Word. The Old and New Testaments are divinely inspired, true, authoritative, and trustworthy in all matters of faith and life.

God: Father, Son, and Holy Spirit

We believe in one true and living God, eternally existing as Father, Son, and Holy Spirit—equal in power and glory.

  • The Father is infinite, holy, and full of wisdom, justice, mercy, and love. He is personally involved in our lives and answers prayer.

  • Jesus Christ, the Son, is fully God and fully human. Born of a virgin and conceived by the Holy Spirit, He lived a sinless life, performed miracles, taught truth, died in our place, and rose bodily from the grave. He ascended into heaven and is King over God’s advancing Kingdom.

  • The Holy Spirit indwells, empowers, convicts, and transforms every believer. We believe in the present-day ministry of the Spirit and the operation of all biblical spiritual gifts.

The Kingdom of God

We believe that the Kingdom of God was inaugurated on earth through Jesus’ life, death, and resurrection. His reign continues through the Church today, bringing healing, justice, and restoration—and it will be fully realized when Christ returns.

Humanity

We believe that all people are created in God's image and, therefore, have inherent dignity and value. Yet all have sinned and fallen short of God's glory, and they need forgiveness and new life found only in Jesus.

Salvation

We believe salvation is a free gift of God’s grace, received through faith in Jesus Christ. It brings forgiveness, transformation, abundant life now, and eternal life to come.

The Church

We believe in the universal Church, the spiritual family of all believers, with Jesus as the head. We are called to live in unity, serve one another, and continue Jesus’ mission..

We affirm two ordinances for all believers:

  • Baptism – a public declaration of faith and union with Christ.
  • Communion – a shared remembrance of Christ’s sacrifice and ongoing presence.

The Return of Christ

We believe in Jesus's personal, visible return, which will bring His Kingdom to completion. He will judge the living and the dead, raise the righteous to eternal life with God, and renew all creation into a new heaven and new earth.

At the center of our faith is the good news of God’s love and redemption—a God who still heals, restores, and dwells with His people today.
